Abloom is a non-profit and voluntary organisation in Oslo that helps children and young people with disabilities. We aim for all children and young people with disabilities to be seen, valued and heard.

Here’s what you can do at Abloom:

Read more about internships at Abloom. Internships at Abloom are available and will consist of tasks such as:

  • Plan, implement and evaluate the Abloom Film Festival in week 47. This is a continuous effort throughout the year, and there is always much to do.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate other large and small activities in the organisation. Here, you will gain
    experience in project management, organizing and carrying out activities while directly in contact with different target groups.
  • Learn about internal and external communications at a non-profit organisation. You will be able to create your own content on topics such as accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities.
  • Help to organize courses and seminars for refugees and asylum seekers. This is done in cooperation with the course provider. You will contribute and communicate information, practical implementation and accommodation of the guests, documentation and evaluation of the course.
  • Everyone who works at Abloom is valued. During your internship, you will get guidance and exciting tasks, and you will be able to network. In addition, it is essential for the organisation that the internship will provide you with good opportunities for your future careers.
